We specialize in the construction business, project management services and specialist trades coordinator for industrial and commercial projects. Our professional team is able to manage the project from initial feasibility study stage, through to planning, design, procurement, implementation and handover. SACCO LTD has the expertise and supplier network to help get the projects efficiently and effectively implemented. We take advantage of the best that international and local suppliers have to offer, enabling us to reduce acquisition costs. SACCO LTD is experience in supporting the local work force, suppliers and sub-contractors, which contributes to our successful service delivery, benefiting the community in the process.

SACCO LTD began as a general works contractor, over the years the group undertook  a wide range of construction projects on a “build only” or “design and build” basis, for temporary or permanent use. Our policy is to use highly skilled personnel from design through to construction, with only the best quality materials being utilized. Throughout the process, internationally accepted standards are applied and adhered to by the engineering team to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget at the highest level of quality.
We have done many project management services, such as, constructions, electrical engineering work, well diggings, agricultural projects, obtaining supplies for NGOs, hospitals, schools building, trades and other related engineering works.

We understand that we are providing a complex service and that the process should be made simple and hassle free.
We understand well the challenges that comes with building in Somalia, Kenya and the greater East Africa region, and it is our goal to ensure that the experience for our client is enjoyable and rewarding.
